Position: Administrator (Fixed Term, Maternity Cover)
Location: Snodland, Kent
Contract: Fixed Term, 12 Months (Maternity Leave Cover)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits


About them: They're a reputable civil engineering company the operate nationwide, but has a specific opportunity in their Snodland office (Kent), dedicated to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. The team prides itself on professionalism, innovation, and excellence in every project they undertake. They're seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

Role Overview: As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include processing timesheets, managing orders, onboarding new employees, collecting and maintaining data, and performing other general administrative duties. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
·Timesheet Processing: Accurately process and manage employee timesheets.
·Ordering: Handle the ordering of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
·Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and coordinating training.
·Data Collection: Collect, maintain, and analyse data as required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
·Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:
·Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
·Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
