My client is seeking an Administrator on a 3 month temporary contract to cover and upturn in their Administration requirements.
The role is offered for 37.5 hours per week at up to £ 11.75 per hour, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
The successful administrator will be fully competent with MS Office packages, with heightened knowledge of MS Excel in particular (as a benchmark, you will need to understand how to create Pivot Tables, the company cannot offer to train this currently).
·Internal and External communications via calls and emails
·Planned and Ad-Hoc administration duties using MS Excel and other in-house systems
·Helping with stock and inventory orders
·Taking queries from staff in the field team.
·Any other reasonable duties required
