Are you a qualified Surveyor within housing and experienced in the delivery of disability facilities grants?
 
If so this could be the role for you!
 
Local Authority that provide support to properties across the County of Hertfordshire providing a better standard of living for vulnerable households. You will be joining their in-house team working to support them with ongoing adaptations works and assessing conditions for full compliance of housing regulations. This will involve managing a back log of Level access shower projects pre-planned as well as end to end management of new cases referred.
