My first dealing with Carrington West was in November 2012. I was impressed with their knowledge of the water industry and I decided to give them an opportunity to work on some of my requirements. I have experienced a lot of agencies over-promising and under delivering but I was genuinely impressed by the service and the delivery that followed. Carrington West has been very open and consultative throughout the time I have worked with them. They always exceed expectations, have been very flexible with our needs and always seek to solve any problems we have with resourcing.
I have been working with Carrington West since 2015. They are always open with their approach, fast to act and deliver on what is promised. We have utilised both permanent hires and subcontract staff which has given us a more flexible recruitment model. They play a large part in ensuring we can find technical staff with water industry experience – something that is not as easy to find with other agencies.
