Water Quality Risk and Optimisation Manager
Salary: Up to £58k + car + package (based on skillset and experience)
Based: Home based & Office - Norfolk / Suffolk
Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 Hours a week
An exciting opportunity has arise with our client for a Water Quality Risk and Optimisation Manager. The role will provide leadership and development of the Water Quality Risk and Optimisation Team, ensuring delivery of effective and efficient water quality risk management and water quality optimisation to the business, and representing the water quality viewpoint at all stages in the capital delivery governance process.
Role Responsibilities:
·Leadership and development of the Water Quality Risk and Optimisation Team.
·Ownership of the Water Quality Action Plan process.
·Approval of water quality related schemes at all stages of the capital governance process.
·Ensuring consistent water quality risk management approach through planned work approval and the Impact Planning process.
·Leading the asset and network optimisation process from a water quality perspective, delivering sustainable savings to the business.
What you'll need:
·Educated to postgraduate level in a relevant scientific subject.
·Chartered member of a professional body.
·Proven and demonstrable leadership skills, ideally including a management qualification.
·Considerable experience of water process science, water quality customer service and public health issues with demonstrable expertise in water treatment and distribution.
·Ability to think and operate strategically and tactically.
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
·Good project management skills.
·Commercial, business and industry sector awareness.
·Proven problem-solving capability.
·Excellent interpersonal skills.
