Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experience Transport Planner to join their team in Bristol as a Transport Planner.
 
Our client is looking to strengthen their Development Planning team in Bristol through the addition of an experienced Transport Planner who can take a key role in development planning work.
 
The role will include:
 
·Assisting with the technical delivery of development planning projects
 
·Involvement in the preparation and writing of reports
 
·Dealing directly with clients on a day-to-day basis
 
·Attending networking events
 
·Working in other offices as and when required
 
 
The successful candidate will have:
 
·Previous experience in a similar role
 
·Ability to undertake the preparation of reports (e.g. Transport Assessments / Transport Plans / Transport Statements)
 
·Ability to manage projects
 
·Analytical skills
 
·Experience of working with transport software packages and Excel
 
·Knowledge of government transport policy and guidelines
