Traffic Management Officer
 
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Traffic Management officer in the North West.
 
Requirements will include projects such as:
·Assessment and review of parking schemes which will involve consultation with stakeholders, parking surveys,
·Production of reports for committee approval,
·Production of draft traffic regulation orders and liaison with legal services.
·Production of work tickets for the in-house operational team and the subsequent supervision of works on site, the implementation of signing for a cycle network,
·Assessment, design and implementation of minor local safety schemes .
·Production of traffic orders including consultation with the public.
 
Specific schemes (not exhaustive list) are:
·Work on the ongoing assessment and design of a 20mph scheme - March 2023
·Traffic Regulation Order preparation for private works scheme - March 2023
·Engineering Safety Study (ESS) identified measures for 2022/2023 - December 2023
 
The Traffic Management Officer will be experienced in:
·Drafting and production of Traffic Regulation Orders
·Assessment of local safety schemes
·Consultation with stakeholders
·Producing reports
·TSRGD
