Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
 
Currently the planning team work entirely remotely apart from site visits. Subject to the offices reopening, some office presence could be required.
 
My client is looking to interview, appoint and the successful candidate to start in post by the middle of March ideally.
 
This role is to fit into the current structure and to take on a case load of householder, listed building, conservation area applications.

My client is requiring a planner who can 'hit the ground running'.
 
All suitable applicants must be able to drive for site visits, if/when required..
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £22-32 per hour for this position.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
