Job description

My Client are a Telecoms company with their own fibre network in the South East of England.
They are currently looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their team of experienced advisers to deliver support to their customers on a daily basis.
 
This is a Tier 1/2 support position and would be suited for an individual who is looking to learn and develop their career.
 
 
You will be responsible for:
 
·Offering technical support to customers
·Working with the team to resolve complex cases
·Book appointments for customer installations, service calls and network maintenance
·Providing out of hours support
 
You will have experience with the following:
 
·Routers
·Switches
·Hotspots
·VPN
 
What you will get:
Salary - £20,000 DOE
