Job description

Are you a Temporary Works Coordinator with experience working on TFL or NWR projects involving bridges or structures?

Do you have experience working on deep drainage within rail, water or highways projects?

Location: West Ham
Rate: £450-500/day
IR35: inside via umbrella
Duration: 12 months

My client is looking to add a Temporary Works Coordinator to their team to work on 3 bridge refurbishment projects in West Ham. The projects will include bridges, structures, and deep drainage work, with clients including TFL, Network Rail and Thames Water, so experience in these areas and working with these clients is preferred.

You will be responsible for the delivery of temporary works solutions, ensuring all works are completed to schedule, are compliant, and in line with the budget. The role involves supporting the project delivery teams by organising and checking temporary work solutions based on client and site-specific requirements, as well as ensuring that all temporary works are adequately controlled and implemented on the site. Due to this, it is a benefit if you have experience working as an Engineer on site.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree/HND/HNC inCivil Engineering or similar preferred
  • Experience working on heavy civils projects in the rail and water industries
  • CSCS & TWC essential
  • Appointed Person for Lifting & NRSWA Supervisor preferred
  • Experience working on projects for TFL, Network Rail and Thames Water preferred
  • Experience using AutoCAD preferred
  • CESWI experience preferred
