Job Role - Telesales Executive
 
Location - Poole
 
Contract length - Full Time (6 Month Probation Through Carrington West)
 
Pay Rate - £9.23-£11.28 per hour (£18K - £22K per annum) + Commission
 
 
My client, a highly successful and rapidly expanding renewable energy systems business, are seeking experience Telesales Executives to join their busy team at their Head Office in Poole.
 
The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis (6-month probation through Carrington West) and would suit a confident, ambitious individual with a flair for building and developing relationships.
 
Main responsibilities
 
·Establish and develop new relationships with potential clients (domestic and business customers)
·Meet/exceed agreed activity targets
·Arrange sales appointments
·Build excellent relationships, overcoming challenges such as handling customer objections
·Establishing and developing an excellent rapport with new customers
·Demonstrate product knowledge and key selling points.
·Maintain strong internal communication with colleagues and management.
 
Key experiences/Attitudes
 
·Telesales background and experience (Outbound environment preferred)
·Driven and motivated individual
·Ability to work to targets
·Sales/target based work experience.
