3-month contract (minimum)

£300 - £350 per day, negotiable - Inside IR35
 

Are you an experienced Team Leader within Highways looking for your next challenge?
 
Our client is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join them on a contract basis, initially for 3 months. Flexible working arrangement are available.

Key Responsibilities:
 
·Lead a team of engineers, agents, and technicians responsible for delivery of schemes within a portfolio of works
 
·Programme manage the schemes through the design and construction process and ensure compliance with the agreed programmes.
 
·Manage the performance and development of a team in line with company and local business objectives.
 
·To develop, implement & monitor processes and procedures that achieve client and business key performance indicators.
 
 
What is required?
 
·As the successful candidate, you will have leadership experience
 
·You will have great stakeholder management skills.
