A top nuclear and defence company in the UK is looking to bring on board a systems engineer with a bias in MBSE to help complete some massive projects on one of the most exciting projects in the UK.

• Job Title - Systems engineer (MBSE)
• Location - Reading (3 days a week)
• Contract Length - 12 Months
• Pay Rates - £60 hour Umbrella

Duties include:

• maintenance of the model to ensure consistency across the user base
• continual improvement of its deployment
• ensuring interfaces with the requirements tool
• preparing reporting metrics
• managing access
• coaching others in its use
• maintaining the implementation guide and user manual

Key experience/ skills:

• Strong Sparx Enterprise Architect administration experience for a complex model with multiple users.
• Experience of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) and integration with requirements tools (IBM DOORS).
• Understanding of the systems verification lifecycle within a major programme.
• Knowledge of requirements management.
• Knowledge of claims/arguments/evidence structure is desirable.
