Sub-Agent - Concrete Repairs & Structures
 
Are you an experienced Sub-Agent with a strong background in concrete repairs?
 
We are looking for 2 freelance Sub-Agents (Inside IR35) to join major highways projects across Hampshire, delivering critical concrete repair works on key routes.
 
If you have proven experience managing concrete repair schemes on live highways, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-profile structural works.
 
All works focus on:
·Concrete repairs on highways infrastructure
·Bridge bearing replacements
·General structural works
 
This is a freelance role operating inside IR35.
 
As Sub-Agent, you will be responsible for:
·Developing and managing short-term programmes
·Producing and reviewing ITPs
·Overseeing quality assurance and compliance
·Supporting and working closely with the Project Manager
·Ensuring safe, efficient delivery of structural repair works
 
We are specifically looking for candidates with:
·Demonstrable experience in concrete repair on highways
·Strong background in structures and bridge works
·Experience working on live road networks
·Proven ability to manage quality and technical documentation
·Valid CSCS Card
 
This is a hands-on role requiring someone confident in both site leadership and technical delivery.
