·Contribute to the ongoing success of the Exeter office and grow your career through diverse project experience?

What we're looking for

·A degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering
·A well-rounded engineering background, with knowledge of structural design (no prior high-rise experience required)
·Proficiency in steel and concrete design, alongside structural analysis and BIM software
·Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
·Familiarity with structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, or similar) would be advantageous

What's in it for you?

In addition to the opportunity to work on high-rise RC frame buildings and large-scale projects, the company offers a market-leading salary and a bi-annual bonus. They provide full support for your chartership journey, ensuring you have the guidance and resources to achieve this professional milestone. They provide a collaborative, design-led team culture with exposure to multidisciplinary projects across regional offices. You'll benefit from clear career progression with opportunities for professional growth, as well as a competitive salary and tailored benefits package.
