Salary: £38,000-£48,000

This company is a leading provider in infrastructure management, committed to delivering top-notch public services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Street lighting Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Kent.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Lead and manage a team of streetlighting technicians.
Plan and schedule street lighting projects, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize project execution.
Conduct regular inspections and provide technical expertise for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Assist in budget development and management.
Qualifications:
 
Proven supervisory experience in street lighting or a related field.
Technical knowledge of street lighting systems and procedures.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Education and Certification:
 
Degree or equivalent qualification in electrical/civil engineering or related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in street lighting or project management (an advantage).
