Role:
To strategically and operationally lead on the Council's management of its Housing stock of circa18,000 properties particularly with regard to rent collection, management of arrears, tenancy management including dealing with anti-social behaviour and the management of the physical appearance of estates and safety of communal areas and tenant engagement in line with the Regulator for Social Housing consumer standards.
To lead and drive on the development of locality working with teams in Housing, Communities, Adults, Children and Family Services and the police to ensure better outcomes for individuals and the community by embracing working together.
