Are you a qualified Surveyor within housing and experienced Surveys including Condition, EPCs & HHSRS looking for a new year contract?

Who will you be joining?  
 
South Yorkshire based Local Authority responsible for a large portfolio of housing stock. This team need addition resource to support them with updating the data that they hold for the property in their stock.
 
What will you do?
 
Within this role you will be responsible for visiting predominantly tenanted properties, carrying out condition surveys, taking measurements and collating energy efficiency data.
 
 
What do you need?  
 
In order to secure this role you must have previous experience of Stock Condition Surveys and energy assessments.
 
 
 
How will you benefit?
 
Should you be successful in securing this exciting opportunity, you will benefit from a 6-month rolling contract and an umbrella rate of £25 per hour.
