Position: Site Manager / Site Agent
Salary:  £40K - £50k + Car and benefits
Location: Derby
 

I'm currently looking for an experience Site Manager in the Water Sector to join my client's growing team in the Derby (Severn Trent) area.
 
The work will be mainly infra water schemes, we are open to hearing from people with experience in waste water or clean water. Ideally you'll have working knowledge of RC works, deep excavation, deep drainage and large diameter pipelines.

Job Description:
Subcontractor Management
Writing / vetting risk assessment and method statements
Writing a Construction Phase Plan and managing all site related activities, Waste Management, environmental Management.
Managing the H&S File
Temporary Works
Local customer/stakeholder liaison
Site supervision/quality control
Procurement
Reporting/Site records
Client liaison
Inductions
Daily briefings
 
The ideal candidate will be based in the Derby area and flexible on travelling.
