We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major Highways Improvement Scheme on a long-term freelance basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and technically strong Site Engineer looking for stability, continuity, and an immediate start on a well-structured highways project.

Key Responsibilities

·Setting out for highways, drainage, earthworks and associated civils works
·Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme
·Managing QA documentation including ITPs, RFIs and as-builts
·Liaising with the Site Manager, Subcontractors and Design Teams
·Maintaining health & safety standards on site at all times

Requirements

·SMSTS (valid)
·First Aid (valid)
·Civil Engineering qualification (HNC / HND / Degree or equivalent)
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Proven experience working on highways or infrastructure schemes
·Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
