We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer for a critical infrastructure project near Bath. This freelance position focuses on a comprehensive drainage network, deep drainage, access roads, new kerbing, diversions, and Section 278 works.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee and manage the implementation of drainage networks and deep drainage systems.
·Supervise the construction of access roads and installation of new kerbing.
·Coordinate and manage diversions and Section 278 works.
·Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, standards, and health and safety regulations.
·Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports.
·Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
·Utilize Cat and Genny equipment to locate underground services accurately.

Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Site Engineer in similar projects, particularly in drainage and roadworks.
·SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
·First Aid certification.
·Training in the use of Cat and Genny equipment.
·Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
·Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
