Job Title: Site Engineer
 
Location: Surrey
 
Salary: £35,000-£40,000
 
My client are a major player within the civil engineering industry, providing services within multiple disciplines across the UK and with a fantastic reputation with the clients they work with.
 
They're looking for a Site Engineer with a focus on RAMS and Quality Assurance to join the team in Surrey on a permanent basis.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Managing and promoting SHEQ matters on site
·Awareness of RAMS and utilising these documents to ensure best practice
·Drafting ITPs
·Assist in the coordination and management of on-site activities, including the usage of setting out and other associated equipment
·Carrying out quality checks and maintaining records
·Follow company systems and processes, ensuring that policy frameworks are adhered to
·Keeping site diaries for handovers
 
Requirements:
·A degree in Civil Engineering is essential
·Experience within a construction environment is essential
·Highways experience preferred but not necessary
·An appreciation of quality assurance and temporary works on site
·A willingness to be both site and office based
·Full UK driving license
·SMSTS required
·CSCS Card required
