Site Agent - Infrastructure

Role Overview:
Join us as a Site Agent, where you will lead site operations, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving project milestones and fostering a culture of excellence within our team.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Responsibilities:
·Oversee site operations, including resource allocation and subcontractor coordination.
·Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
·Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and maximize project profitability.
·Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.
·Prepare comprehensive progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
Role Requirements:
·Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or relevant professional experience.
·Proven track record in successfully delivering infrastructure projects.
·Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing junior staff.
·Mandatory certification in Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
·Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification preferred.
·Commitment to championing Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) principles.
·Demonstrates integrity and prioritizes customer satisfaction in all endeavors.
