Are you an experienced Site Agent looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a major highways project near Liverpool? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Site Agent to join a team on a contract basis for a 6-month duration. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure projects and have the expertise to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site.
·Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
·Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
·Provide leadership and direction to the site team to meet project objectives.
·Monitor health and safety compliance and promote a safe working environment.
·Keep accurate records, produce reports, and communicate progress to project management.

Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Site Agent in a highways or civil engineering environment.
·Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
·Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
·Understanding of health and safety regulations.
·Ability to work effectively in a team and make decisions under pressure.
·Relevant industry qualifications and certifications are a plus.
