Are you a Rail Site Agent with experience working on new station construction?
 
Are you looking to work for one of the UK's leading infrastructure companies and progress to a Project Manager position?
 
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Site Agent to their team to work on a new station build involving a number of civil disciplines, including earthworks and platform construction.
 
Your duties as a Site Agent will include:
·Liaison with the Managing Surveyor and other site staff to ensure that the project does not exceed tender allowances
·Ensuring that the contract is completed in accordance with the budget, legislation, terms and conditions, heath and safety plan and the quality and environment plan
·Monitoring of contract progress to ensure that objectives are being met
·Identifying, agreeing and managing any required changes to the contract
·Provision of formal reports on contract progress to the Contracts Manager
 
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,000 to £54,000 per annum DOE + £5000 car allowance

Requirements:
·Experience as a Site Agent on rail civil engineering projects, preferably stations
·SMSTS, CSCS, PTS, TWS/TWC
