Site Agent - Civils & Electrical Works - Hampshire - Up to £55,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced Site Agent looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering high-quality civils and electrical projects across Hampshire. You'll play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of works, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time and to specification.

As Site Agent, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of civils and electrical projects, managing teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives. You'll be responsible for coordinating site operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered to programme and budget.
You will be doing things like:
·Managing the full project lifecycle of civils and electrical works on highways and infrastructure schemes.
·Supervising site activities to ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and quality requirements.
·Liaising with clients, stakeholders and local authorities to maintain strong working relationships.
·Producing and reviewing RAMS, programmes, reports and progress documentation.
·Leading and mentoring site teams to achieve targets and uphold company values.
You'll need:
·Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer within civil engineering or infrastructure works.
·Excellent knowledge of CDM regulations and site management procedures.
·SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.
·Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
