Are you a signalling project engineer with GRIP 1-4 experience?
 
Do you have previous experience working client side?
 
Location: Doncaster or York with travel required on the Eastern Region for site visits.
Pay: £400 umbrella
Contract length: 6 months with view to extension
 
The Signalling Engineer support the development of all Network Rail policy, methods and support tools to facilitate rapid, effective and compliant signalling development engineering from GRIP stages 1 to 4. They will support the development and delivery of new processes, including methods and tools in order to improve business planning of the signalling renewals workload and realisation of benefits.
 
·The role is required to cover Signalling led projects GRIP 1 to 8. Experienced in Designated Project Engineer (DPE) duties for Medium and Complex Projects.
·Experience of Functionally Equivalent Designs (FED) and have the RSE competence or ability to obtain.
·Also to provide Signalling Project Engineer support to Heavy Track Renewals as part of Works Delivery (WD) portfolio.
