My client in the South-East is requiring an experienced Planning Officer to assist them until at least the end of March 2022.
 
This is to work on planning applications with a large-scale scheme and are a mix of major applications alongside smaller submissions and conditions within that Strategic Development Area.
 
My client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible and would ideally like candidate who would be able to visit the sites from time to time.
 
Experience within a Local Planning authority would be desirable.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
