An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Town Planner to join a leading, independent planning and development consultancy in their London office. This is an excellent role for someone with experience in planning who's looking to work on high-profile projects with a national impact.
You'll be joining a well-established team that supports a wide range of public and private sector clients, including major developers, investment institutions, and local authorities. With a strong reputation for delivering complex planning advice and solutions, this is a consultancy known for its high-quality work and positive working environment.

The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a central role in delivering expert planning advice and managing a broad range of projects, from commercial and urban housing to retail and leisure developments. You'll be expected to lead on elements of project delivery, prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, undertake site appraisals, and contribute to planning strategies and local plan representations.

About You
·RTPI-accredited planning degree and ideally a Master's degree in a related field.
·Chartered Member of the RTPI (MRTPI).
·Proven experience in a planning consultancy, local authority, or developer environment.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Confident in managing multiple projects, client relationships, and working both independently and as part of a team.
