With a commitment to excellence and a vast portfolio of satisfied clients across the UK, we are helping in expanding their team in Birmingham. We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Associate, Senior Planner, or Town Planner to join our dedicated professionals.
 
As an integral member of our Planning team, the successful candidate will contribute to the growth and success of our client. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, applying your planning expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for our diverse range of clients.
 
Key Responsibilities
·Contribute to the successful delivery of planning projects, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
·Provide expert advice to clients on planning matters, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the planning process.
·Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and other relevant documentation.
·Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
·Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and contribute to the development of planning strategies.
·Stay abreast of changes in planning legislation, policies, and industry trends.
 
Qualifications and Experience
·Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
·Ideally, a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent professional body.
·Proven experience in a planning role, with a focus on building consultancy, commercial, or residential projects.
·Strong knowledge of UK planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
