Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Location: London, UK (Hybrid Basis)

Role overview:
We are working with a dynamic and well-established Private Consultancy in London who are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing planning projects, providing strategic advice, and contributing to the growth and success of our consultancy.

Responsibilities:

1.Project Leadership:
oTake a lead role in the management and delivery of planning projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
oProvide expert advice on planning strategies, policies, and regulations.

2.Client Interaction:
oBuild and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
oRepresent the company in meetings with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

3.Team Collaboration:
oCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate planning considerations into overall project designs.
oMentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

4.Regulatory Compliance:
oStay abreast of changes in planning legislation and regulations.
oEnsure that all planning activities comply with relevant statutory requirements.

Qualifications:
1.Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
2.Degree in Town Planning or other relevant RTPI Accredited degree.
3.Significant experience in town planning, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
4.In-depth knowledge of UK planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
5.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
