Job Title: Chartered Town Planner

Location: Manchester 

Position Overview: We are currently working with a private consultancy in Manchester who are seeking a talented and experienced Chartered Tow Planner to join their dynamic team. As a Chartered Planner you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of planning and development in the Manchester area. The successful candidate will lead and contribute to a range of projects, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality planning services.

Responsibilities:
1.Technical Expertise:
·Prepare and submit planning applications to regulatory authorities.
·Ensure that applications comply with local regulations and zoning requirements.
·Prepare and review planning applications, reports, and other relevant documentation.
 
2.Regulatory Compliance:
·Stay informed about changes in planning laws, regulations, and policies.
·Contribute to the development of planning strategies and policies.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
·Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
·Strong knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
