Now, we're expanding our presence in London and looking for a Senior Town Planner to play a pivotal role in our growth journey.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of town planning professionals in London.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking opportunities to bring in new clients.
Provide expert guidance on complex town planning projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainable development practices.
Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.
Stay updated on industry trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure our projects remain at the cutting edge of town planning.
 
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning
Proven experience in town planning, with a track record of successful projects in the UK.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A network of contacts within the London planning sector.
Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
