As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in our client's planning team, contributing to a variety of projects that make a positive impact on the local community and environment. Key Responsibilities:
 
Manage a portfolio of planning projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring they align with relevant regulations and policies.
Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and other planning documents.
Conduct site appraisals and provide expert advice to clients on planning matters.
Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders, including local authorities and clients.
Stay up-to-date with changes in planning regulations and legislation.
Qualifications and Experience:
 
Degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited).
Chartered Membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
Proven experience in Town Planning, ideally within a consultancy environment.
Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office.
