Due to the continued increased work, this in house temporary works consultancy are looking to expand their team and recruit an additional Senior to Principal Temporary Works Design Engineer.
   
Role & Responsibilities
 
The role would ideally suit a Chartered Temporary Works Design Engineer with at least 6 years' experience in temporary works design. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be managing multiple projects, mentoring more junior Engineers and managing client relationships.
 
The requirement is for a Chartered Temporary Works Engineers to work on a new large RC frame contract in London.

·3rd Party Design Checks
·Basement Construction Consultancy
·Construction Sequencing and Planning
·Crane Foundations
·Craneage & Materials Handling
·Demolition Consultancy
·Façade retention
·Falsework
·Floor Load Testing & reports
·Formwork
·Propping, Shoring & Jacking
·Scaffolding
·Structural Alterations
 
Requirements:
 
·BEng/MSc (or equivalent) Civil/Structural Engineering
·Chartered member of ICE/IStructE
·Minimum 6 years' experience within temporary works design
·Experience working at Senior or Principal level
·Previous specific experience required acting as Contractor's Responsible Engineer for Temporary Works Design (CRE-D)
·Experience of preparing temporary works submissions to LUL (Conceptual Design Statement CDS & Design Compliance Report DCR)
·Experience of preparing temporary works submissions to NR (Form F002 & F003)
