Job Title: Senior Structural Revit Technician

Location: Central Birmingham with hybrid working

Position Overview: Opportunity for an experienced Senior Structural Revit Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of challenging projects, including high-rise and industrial buildings, utilising their Revit expertise to produce detailed drawings and collaborate with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and manage detailed Revit models for high-rise and industrial building projects.
·Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to produce accurate structural drawings and designs.
·Ensure all Revit models and drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
·Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs on time.
·Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices in Revit modeling.

Qualifications and Experience:

·Extensive experience as a Structural Revit Technician, with a focus on high-rise or industrial buildings.
·Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of BIM processes.
·Experience working on large-scale building projects.
·Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
