Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC 3 experience on Infrastructure projects?

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company leading in infrastructure development and consultancy services?

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
Location: Birmingham, with 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QS or commercial manager role.
• BSc in Quantity Surveying.
• Chartered or interest in becoming Chartered.
• Extensive background in infrastructure, preferably rail or civil engineering projects.
• Client, consultancy, or main-contractor experience ideal due to their range of clients.
• Proven track record in managing NEC 3 contracts and administering contract procedures, preferably Option A & C.
• Strong understanding of pre-contract processes, including procurement, tendering, and invitation to tender packs.
• Ability to provide expert advice on dealing with clients and stakeholders, whether that be with a consultancy, main-contractor or end client.
• Proficiency in cost control, change management, and procurement processes.
• Experience in line management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
