The leading UK nuclear defence engineering company is looking to an an experienced senior Project Manager to there ever growing project portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Senior project manager who has a strong background in the industry to step into a brilliant project

Job Title - Senior Project Manager
Location - Reading
Contract Length - 12 months
Pay Rates - £81.37 Hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate for this role will be from a vast defence and nuclear background that is completely competent working within these industries and has vast time spent managing such large projects.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Deliver the assigned projects in accordance with the requirements, constraints and operational.
• Manage the projects with a focus on governance compliance and reporting
• Lead the task and project from a planning and delivery perspective
• Lead and initiate risk and opportunity identification tasks and subsequent actions
• The complete ability to manage people, timelines, budget and compliances for the project

Senior Project Manager skills and qualifications:

• A relevant degree in the field
• A vast background in SPM work and the nuclear/defence industry
• Proven background in large scale projects that require regulations to be adhered to
• 10 + years on a project management role
• Ideally a professional membership.
