Senior Quantity Surveyor

I am recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Ipswich.
We are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Highways team in Ipswich to increase value, reduce cost, drive profit and manage risk.
Responsibilities
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team. Help ensure that business targets and KPI's are exceeded. A key part will be the preparation of monthly cost / value reports for the area, together with a review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members. Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Agreement of certification and payment of subcontractor accounts - monitoring of such accounts against forecasts.
We are seeking candidates who:
·Are educated to a degree level, or hold an equivalent qualification
·Demonstrate commercial awareness
·Work in a similar role and environment
·Can manage/lead teams
·Have a track record of presenting reports and findings to senior stakeholders
