Senior Quantity Surveyor - Heavy Civils (NEC) 

OUTSIDE IR35

We're working with a leading civil engineering contractor who urgently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a short-term contract based in Folkestone, starting ASAP.

Role Details:

·Location: Folkestone, Kent
·Duration: 2-3 months
·Start: Immediate
·Working Pattern: Predominantly site-based, with up to 2 days WFH depending on workload and deliverables

Key Requirements:

·Proven experience working on heavy civils projects
·Strong knowledge and practical application of the NEC suite of contracts
·Ability to manage and oversee commercial functions independently on fast-paced, complex infrastructure works
