Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced quantity surveyor looking for work?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Highways Quantity Surveyor to join a client in Birmingham.

As the successful candidate, you will join a large and busy team, and will be required to have an in-depth knowledge of highway maintenance contracts.


Main Duties are:

·Managing works on day to day, including making and requesting payments
·Chasing & agreeing final accounts from subcontractors and agreeing the same with client
·Supporting with month end and cost value reconciliation.
·Running a large programme of works, demonstrating sound organisational skills.
