Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Woking

Key Responsibilities:
 
Independently manage and oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement planning.
Analyze and evaluate contract terms and project specifications, working closely with project teams.
Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor claims, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Lead cost value reconciliations (CVR) and contribute to financial reporting.
Participate in negotiations and contractual discussions with subcontractors.
Mentor and guide junior Quantity Surveyors, sharing your expertise.
Handle the full spectrum of quantity surveying responsibilities with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
 
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a construction or civil engineering environment.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
