Are you an experienced Consultancy Building Surveyor specialising in education and healthcare projects?
 
If so this role could be for you.
 
Client side Surveying and Project Management Consultancy in need of Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years experience to support them in servicing the project of their established clients in the education and healthcare sectors.
 
If successful in securing this role you will be responsible for the following:

- Putting together an initial scope of works
- Managing the design process including using Autocad to draught required works
- Appointing and managing contractors through delivery
- Amending and managing the framework contracts in place
- Reviewing works to ensure quality, cost and time based target are met
- Managing client relationships
 
In order to secure this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience through a 2 stage interview process:
 
- Building surveyor with project manager experience.
- Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors membership
- Several years' experience of professional project management on commercial, healthcare or educational properties either in public or private sector
- Experience of managing and developing teams ensuring successful project delivery from inception to handover
- Good AutoCAD and/or REVIT skills
- Knowledge of procurement options and experience of successfully administering construction contracts
- Full UK Driving Licence
