Senior Town Planning Officer (Development Management)

£35 to £40 per hour
 
Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for an experienced Town Planning Officer on an initial 3 contract with a view to extend.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in the role of Senior Planning Officer or experience Planning Officer.
 
This will be a mixture of old and new cases that the council has.
 
This would be ideal for candidates that want to work in a busy authority whilst having the ability to manage their own caseload.
 
The authority are offering a flexible working arrangement with very little office presence (once a fortnight in the office)
 
Development Management experience in a local authority of more than 3 years is a must.

On offer is an hourly rate of up to £40p/h depending on experience.
