Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the South West in the search for a Senior Planning Officer, - Development Management. You will  join their town planning department team on an initial 6-month contract on a remote basis.
 
We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Planner to manage a caseload of applications including Major schemes.
 
It would be beneficial to hold a Post-graduate degree in planning, regeneration or a related discipline, and have the eligibility for membership of RTPI.
 
The council are looking for candidates who will be able to hit the ground running and are offering hybrid working arrangements. We are looking for a candidate to start ASAP so please do not hesitate to get in contact.
