Senior Planning Officer
£45 per hour (umbrella)
3-month initial contract
 
This busy local authority are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Officer for a minimum 3 month contract.
 
This position is suitable for a confident senior planner to manage a case-load of varied complex applications from minors to large majors.
 
You must be comfortable carrying out site visits once per fortnight and writing reports. Office presence is not a requirement but welcomed.

It would be beneficial to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in town planning and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
