Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for an experienced Town Planning Officer on an initial 3-month contract.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in the role of Senior Planning Officer.
 
This will be a mixture of old and new cases that the council has.
This would be ideal for candidates that want to work in a busy authority whilst having the ability to manage their own caseload.
 
The authority are offering a flexible working arrangement but site visits will be required.
 
Development Management experience in a local authority of more than 2 years is a must.

On offer is an hourly rate of up to £50p/h depending on experience.
