·The council is looking for an officer who can comfortably manage a complex caseload of enforcement cases, carrying out investigations into alleged breaches of planning control and taking appropriate enforcement action, including the preparation of enforcement reports and notices.

·37 hours per week  
·Hourly rate - approx. £50 per hour
·Local Authority experience.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £50ph
