An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to come and join a busy client in the Manchester area to oversee and support the operational and team delivery in the Streetscene & Environmental Services team.

The main duties of the experienced Senior Operations Manager are:

• Manage daily operations of the Waste operation site, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• To play a role in the planning, delivery and monitoring of the service areas,
• Lead and motivate, a large team of operational staff to maximise productivity and efficiency. 
• Experience of working at a senior level managing large scale front line operational services and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience of communicating effectively within a complex organisation and engaging with stakeholders, employees and partners with clarity, confidence and credibility.
