Senior Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll be doing as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer
·Producing and checking drainage designs for residential, commercial and education schemes.
·Preparing SuDS strategies and detailed SuDS designs, ensuring compliance and practicality.
·Completing and supporting Flood Risk Assessments and drainage supporting information for planning.
·Developing drawings and layouts using AutoCAD, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
·Using MicroDrainage (or equivalent) to model networks and support design decisions.
·Leading and contributing to client meetings, providing clear updates, managing expectations and driving decisions forward.
·Managing your own workload and contributing to project delivery, quality reviews and deadlines as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer.
 
What you'll need to bring
·Around 5+ years' UK-based drainage/infrastructure design experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
·Strong capability in AutoCAD and MicroDrainage (or equivalent drainage modelling software).
·Hands-on experience producing Flood Risk Assessments and SuDS designs.
·Confidence leading discussions with clients and coordinating inputs across disciplines.
·A proactive approach, good communication, and pride in producing clear, well-structured deliverables.
